1. Access the Official Website

Visit the official Indonesian Immigration e-VOA website at (evisa.imigrasi.go.id). Be cautious of unofficial websites that may charge extra fees.

2. Prepare Required Documents

Make sure you have the following ready:

  • A scan of your passport’s main page (JPG or PNG, and PDF in color, landscape format). Yes, they required a scanned passport in JPG or PNG and PDF format. (two upload, 2 different fields)
  • Proof of departure and return ticket (PDF file only)
  • A recent passport-style photo with a white background (JPG or PNG, min 400×600 pixels, max 2MB)
  • A valid email address (visa confirmation will be sent here)

3. Start the Application Process

  • Visit (evisa.imigrasi.go.id)
  • Click on the “Apply” button
  • Select Your Nationality
  • Under “The main purpose of my visit to Indonesia“, choose “General, Family, Social
  • Under “The sub purpose of my visit to Indonesia“, select “Tourism, Family Visit, and Transit
  • Under “I want to explore & choose a visa“, select “B1 – visa upon arrival for 30 days” as your visa type

6. Download Your e-VOA

  • Once payment is successful, your application will be processed

7. Prepare for Arrival

  • Save a digital copy of your e-VOA on your phone
